About the Role Fully onsite in McLean, VA, this contract IT role focuses on coordinating ServiceNow Change Management activities. You will create, update, and track change requests and ensure all documentation and approvals are in place prior to CAB. What You'll Do
- Create, update, and track ServiceNow change requests (Normal, Routine, Break/Fix).
- Ensure completeness of required fields, documentation, and approvals prior to CAB.
- Coordinate with Change Managers to move tickets through the process.
- Maintain accurate records and support governance activities. What We're Looking For
- Experience with ServiceNow Change Management or ITSM processes.
- Ability to collect and verify required information for change tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation standards.
- Onsite availability in McLean, VA. Nice to Have
