About the Role Join Gerresheimer as a Business Analyst (m/w/d) to drive standardization, optimization, and automation of processes, and to support technology solutions and efficiency assessment through data-driven insights. You will develop reporting, KPIs, and analysis landscapes, and contribute to AI and digitalization initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Development and implementation of standard reports and automated analyses in Power BI
- Automation of KPIs and action tracking with a centralized reporting landscape
- Development and application of data-driven metrics to evaluate operational efficiency
- Presentation of KPIs and action plans to management
- Conduct analyses to identify efficiency gains and cost savings and build a comprehensive reporting system
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends for continuous improvement
- Modeling, simulation and optimization to improve processes
- Implementation and management of AI and digitization projects
- Identify and reflect on methods and process improvements to support strategic and operational decision-making
What We're Looking For
- Completed studies in business administration, economics, business informatics or a comparable field
- Solid knowledge and several years of experience in a similar area
- Experience in creating meaningful management reports, KPI dashboards, and familiarity with BI tools and databases
- High data affinity and an analytical, structured, solutions-focused work style with strong interest in digitalization and AI
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Negotiation-ready German and English communication
