Business Analyst IT

About the Role As a Business Analyst IT at Babel, you will lead the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to change management. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into optimized digital processes and work closely with development teams to deliver solutions aligned with our Low Code approach. You will ensure quality and user adoption through testing and training. What You'll Do

• Facilitate workshops and collect/analyze business needs from stakeholders across functions.
• Document functional and non-functional requirements; write detailed specifications and user stories compatible with Low Code.
• Translate business needs into digitized, optimized processes; define business rules, use cases and target workflows; ensure coherence with platform constraints.
• Collaborate with developers, UX/UI designers and architects; participate in sprint reviews; refine backlog and adjust priorities; manage gaps between needs and platform capabilities.
• Define functional test plans; participate in user acceptance testing; track defects; support training materials to drive user adoption. What We're Looking For
• Proven IT Business Analyst with experience across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong ability to elicit requirements and facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
• Experience writing functional specs and user stories; familiarity with Low Code approaches.
• Ability to define processes, rules, use cases and workflows; process optimization skills.
• Experience collaborating with developers, UX/UI and architects; familiarity with Agile/Scrum; backlog refinement and prioritization.
• Knowledge of test planning, defect tracking and change management; ability to support training and user documentation. Nice to Have
