Business Analyst

About the Role The Business Analyst will elicit, analyze, elaborate and specify software requirements including functional, quality, usability and other nonfunctional requirements. They will study the business context, stakeholders, and circumstances driving software needs, and develop requirements specifications along with related artifacts. They will facilitate impact analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts, customers and requirements providers to ensure clear, actionable requirements. What You'll Do

• Elicit, analyze, elaborate and specify software requirements including functional, quality, usability and other nonfunctional requirements.
• Study the business context for software and product development including stakeholders and circumstances.
• Develop requirements specifications and related artifacts.
• Facilitate impact analysis for software change requests with the project team.
• Interact with subject matter experts, customers and other requirements providers to elicit and clarify requirements.
• Capture project and product vision through interactions with requirements providers.
• Coordinate with requirements providers and Project Manager to prioritize deliverables.
• Interact with requirement providers, Project Manager, Software Architect(s) and Teams for analysis and elaboration of requirements to appropriate level of detail.
• Develop external design specification and facilitate the Architect(s) and relevant Team Leads to refine the specification.
• Facilitate the project team in forming a common understanding of requirements and resolving conflicts on requirements.
• Act as an internal requirements provider, suggesting enhancements and improvements to products that provide competitive advantage to i2c and its customers.
• Facilitate Software Architects, Quality Assurance and relevant stakeholders in requirements validation.
• Participate in process definition and improvement efforts in coordination with Quality Engineering, for relevant process areas.
• Responsible for information security tasks within own work scope. What We're Looking For
• Education: BS/MS (CS, SE, CE, IT).
• Experience: 1-3 years.
• Skills: Good written and verbal communication including technical writing; Domain knowledge of Prepaid Card, Banking Services and financial services; Understanding of systems engineering concepts; Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis; Candidate should have full cycle BI implementations (from requirements gathering to delivery); Good analytical reasoning abilities; Modeling techniques and methods; Business case development; Ability to draw use-case diagrams, business model diagrams and flowcharts; Knowledge of bug reporting tools (Jira, Quality Center); Flexible with the timings.
