About the Role Be part of Luxoft's Bucharest Development Center and contribute to projects for world‑leading clients. You will have opportunities to grow technically and professionally while developing deep domain expertise in the client’s industry. What You'll Do
- Translate business needs by creating models, diagrams, presentations and other documentation to help the target audience understand the business requirements
- Facilitate communication at team level to build consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions
- Validate requirements, UAT testing & user training (if required): validate end‑to‑end requirements via reviews, walkthroughs, and demos
- Be the key actor in writing & conducting UAT test cases and, if required, train the stakeholders
- Proactively identify risks/issues that might affect the squad's overall health
- Maintain a customer and service orientation to support interaction with team resources and clients, actively engaging stakeholders to understand requirements What We're Looking For
- Deep understanding of Finance industry and MIS reporting
- Deep understanding of products and processes for Private Banking customers, essential for integrating data into MIS and providing a single data source
- Experience in requirements elicitation, validation, and UAT/test case creation
