Rate: $56/hr - $60/hr

Role Overview

This employer is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to support strategic transformation initiatives within the CIB Securities Operations organization. The successful candidate will partner closely with operations, product, and technology teams to gather business requirements and document operational processes. This position focuses on initiatives designed to improve efficiency across securities operations workflows. The role requires strong securities operations domain knowledge and the ability to translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive technology and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with operations, product, and technology teams to gather detailed business requirements.

• Document current state and future state operational workflows and processes.

• Support strategic transformation initiatives across the securities operations organization.

• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and operational performance.

• Translate complex operational needs into clear, actionable functional requirements.

• Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and technology development teams.

• Required Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field of study is preferred.

• Experience: Candidates must possess demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst within financial services, specifically supporting securities operations or investment banking workflows.

Skills

• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow documentation tools is required.

• Preferred Qualifications

• Deep domain knowledge of Capital Markets and CIB Securities Operations.

• Proven track record of supporting large-scale strategic transformation or technology integration projects.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
