About the Role Join Motorola Solutions as a Business Analyst supporting the Customer & Supplier Primary Data Team. You'll ensure Oracle CDM solutions meet complex business requirements, perform deep-dive data analysis, and document processes to enable global data integrity. What You'll Do
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and engineering to capture and translate requirements for customer and supplier data domains.
- Perform data profiling, gap analysis, data mapping to Oracle CDM, and design as-is/to-be models.
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage product backlog with Product Owner.
- Plan and execute UAT, validate data migrations, and identify opportunities for automated data cleansing/enrichment.
- Facilitate workshops, act as SME, and provide end-user documentation to promote adoption of data standards.
