About the Role EY GDS Poland is seeking a Business Architect with strong Core Banking expertise to bridge business strategy and technology execution. This hybrid role is based in Katowice (2 days in the office / 3 days remote) and focuses on translating banking operations into scalable digital and core platform solutions.
What You'll Do
- Define and design business architecture frameworks aligned with banking transformation goals
- Work closely with stakeholders to map business capabilities, value streams, and processes
- Drive core banking transformation initiatives (modernization, migration, or integration)
- Collaborate with IT and solution teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery
- Conduct gap analysis across legacy and modern banking systems
- Support regulatory, compliance, and risk-related initiatives
