Top Must Haves:

• Program delivery experience
• Write requirements, write test cases, put together release plans, etc.
• Agile experience (Traditional Scrum, 2 Week Sprints)
• Payments background

Preferred Skills:

• Cash Management experience
• SWIFT Payments background
• Strategic planning, agile development, requirements gathering
• JIRA knowledge
• Being Analytic and able to put together a process flow and current vs. future state.
• Can help with large multi-year deliveries and comfortable working in an agile environment

About this Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for our Cash Management Transformation Team within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Operations. This role will support strategic initiatives focused on modernizing cash management capabilities, payment services, liquidity solutions, and operational processes.

Desired Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Cash Management products and services, including commercial payments, liquidity management, treasury services, receivables, payables, and account management solutions.
• Experience supporting payments platforms and networks, including Fedwire, ACH, SWIFT.
• Knowledge of end-to-end payment processing, operational workflows, client onboarding, and servicing processes within Cash Management environments.
• Experience leading business requirements gathering, process optimization, and large-scale transformation initiatives across business and technology organizations.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities, challenge existing operating models, and deliver practical solutions that improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Proven project execution experience with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Familiarity with industry and regulatory initiatives affecting Cash Management and Payments, including ISO 20022 modernization, real-time payments, and broader payments transformation programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leaders across Product, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Corporate Banking organizations.
