About the Role Work as a Business Analyst in the Capital Markets domain, facilitating requirement gathering with end users, and analyzing current processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. You will contribute to solutions across buy-side lifecycle and trading workflows. What You'll Do
- Research and gather business/system requirements through facilitation of meetings with end users.
- Analyze current processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- Apply knowledge of core buy-side lifecycle (Asset Management, Investment Management) including Research, Risk Analytics, Performance and Risk Analytics, Portfolio Management, Order Management, Trading, Trade Compliance, market data, marketing and distribution, client reporting, etc.
- Understand asset classes (e.g., Equity, Derivatives, Fixed Income) and their workflows; experience with market-leading order management, execution systems, and risk platforms.
- Document business requirements and configurations for Portfolio Management/Order Management applications.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of PL/SQL; Agile experience documenting epics and writing user stories.
- Understand data models and data mappings. What We're Looking For
- 5-8 years of experience in business analysis within capital markets and buy-side domains.
- Deep knowledge of asset classes and their workflows; exposure to portfolio and order management environments.
- Experience with order management, execution systems, and risk platforms.
- Ability to document business requirements and configurations for Portfolio Management/Order Management applications.
- Working knowledge of PL/SQL and data modeling/mappings.
- Experience in an Agile development environment (epics, user stories).
- Mandatory Skill: Institutional Compliance. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: The expected compensation ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 USD per year.
