About the Role Babel is seeking a professional who can communicate with clients to determine their needs and requirements, perform a comprehensive analysis, and interpret them in enough detail to drive successful project outcomes. The candidate should have sufficient knowledge of the technology or application supporting the system implementation to manage client expectations when requirements cannot be accommodated or exceed the project scope. They will also support the technical team's planning and have deep insight into client issues and expectations to identify contingency solutions and prioritize requirements. They will participate in QA activities to ensure the implemented solution meets specifications and will lead client training and change management activities. What You'll Do
- Communicate with clients to determine their needs and requirements
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of those needs and translate them into detailed requirements to drive the project
- Interpret requirements and provide sufficient technical understanding of the supporting technology or application to manage expectations when needs exceed the application's capabilities or project scope
- Support the planning of the technical team and prioritize requirements; identify backup/alternative solutions
- Lead changes and coordinate client training; participate in change management activities
- Participate in quality assurance activities to verify the system aligns with specifications What We're Looking For
