YOUR IMPACT You won’t be stuck in maintenance mode. As a Business Analyst, you play a key role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation. We are looking for individuals passionate about creating best-in-class tools and processes ready to embark on a transformative journey with our Business Enablement Office (BEO). Your success will be measured by clear communication, rigorous execution, and improved performance through collaboration, productivity, and automation.

YOUR TEAM We hire top-tier talent and give them the space to shine. Together, we aim to shape strategic platforms that will drive sustainable, long-term growth. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, primarily the People & Culture team as well as the Consulting Services; to understand business requirements, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.

WHAT TO EXPECT Your day to day will look like this:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of objectives and desired outcomes.
• Work closely with representatives from the People & Culture and Consulting Services business lines to design scalable solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Define and document user stories, acceptance criteria, and processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize business processes.
• Assist in developing training and support for end users on new tools, processes, and systems during and after deployment.

THE EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR The following experience will help you succeed in this role. However, if you don’t meet all these criteria, we will be happy to consider your application, because we’re looking for potential first.

• Bilingual proficiency required (French and English, spoken and written)
• Minimum of 5 years of business analysis experience
• Strong understanding of operational processes in human resources: onboarding/offboarding, internal mobility, recruitement, etc
• Strong analytical skills with ability to handle complex data sets
• Ability to thrive in Agile, fast-paced environments, with autonomy and interest in AI
• Assets: experience with HR/ATS platforms and consulting or digital transformation
