Business Analyst

About the Role

In this high-impact role, you will lead the business analysis required to advance our AI-enabled warranty process. Acting as the key interface between Warranty Operations, Sales Areas, end users, IT, and product teams, you will convert insights into prioritized requirements, use cases, and measurable business outcomes while driving process adoption and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate warranty process adoption, compliance, performance, and recommend targeted improvements.

• Conduct workflow mapping to identify pain points, improvement opportunities, and future-state processes.

• Translate business needs into prioritized AI and analytics use cases, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Build business cases and define key performance indicators to track value realization.

• Partner with business and technology teams to test, implement, and continuously improve solutions.

• Drive change through clear communication, stakeholder engagement, training, business readiness, and follow-up.

• Support implementation planning and adoption roadmaps across different user groups and markets.

• Promote responsible AI through transparency, high-quality data, human oversight, and consistent decision-making.

• You are a commercially minded and analytical professional who brings clarity to complex challenges. You combine strong business acumen with an understanding of warranty operations, data, digitalization, and AI, and can influence across functions in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis, process development, requirements management, or business-led digital transformation.
• Good understanding of AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics and their application to business value.
• Strong capability in data analysis and performance measurement, with advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Power BI and SQL is a plus
• Ability to turn analysis into clear recommendations and materials for executive management
• Experience in driving change management, user adoption, or business readiness initiatives.
• Knowledge of warranty, aftermarket, or service operations is an advantage.
• Experience working cross-functionally with business, IT, and international stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
