  • Coordinate user testing and release readiness activities, including developing test scenarios, coordinating regional testers, tracking defects, retesting, preparing training materials, and providing adoption support.

  • Partner with business, regional leads, quality, and engineering teams to confirm platform workflows support real business processes such as issues, non-conformance reports (NCRs), audits, inspection test plans (ITPs), turnover, closeout, and commissioning readiness.

  • Support data quality and business-side database cleanup, including ensuring consistent field usage, taxonomy alignment, reviewing duplicate or legacy data, performing QA checks, and escalating structural data issues.

  • Build and maintain reporting outputs from platform data, including Power BI dashboards, KPI definitions, regional readiness views, commissioning progress, open issues, non-conformance reports (NCRs), lessons learned, and leadership reporting.

  • Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong Power BI and analytics development experience.

  • Proven business systems/requirements translation skills, including gathering stakeholder needs and translating them into documented business, system, or reporting requirements.

  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications
