You will also help establish, improve, implement, and sustain business processes, procedures, tracking, and analytical tools within the Integration and Planning Associate Superblock Director (ASD). This role may be assigned to support either the Non-Destructive Assay (NDA) Lab or the Mission Support Team, within the Integration and Planning ASD, depending on programmatic needs; the assignment will be determined by the hiring team. The responsibilities below apply to both assignments. The specifics of the hybrid schedule, including the exact number of days required in the office and virtual work options, may vary based on the needs of the team and the organization.

These positions will be filled at either level based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team. Additional job responsibilities (outlined below) will be assigned if hired at the higher level.

You will

  • Maintain and track the flow of required documentation (for example, permits, engineering packages, equipment specs, sign-offs, etc.) needed to support work packages, facility projects, and equipment installation and deployment activities, ensuring items move through review and approval on schedule.
  • Gather performance data and monitor and report on the status of projects and operational activities, such as equipment installations and calibrations, maintaining a centralized tracking system that reflects current progress, outstanding items, and readiness; identify and escalate documentation gaps, scheduling conflicts, or status discrepancies, and assist with analysis and recommended corrective actions.
  • Support the creation and management of unclassified and classified quality assurance and program-specific technical websites, including documents related to work package proposals and change control decisions.
  • Apply established policies and procedures to support document-control strategies, identify improvement opportunities, and assist with recommendations and implementation of approved process improvements.
  • Assist in gathering data for the development of websites, documents, editing, formatting, and updating services for program reports, quality implementing and operating procedures, presentations, data forms, and other programmatic documentation; prepare regular status summaries and dashboards. Ensure clarity of content, consistency of format, and accuracy of grammar.
  • Perform Teams and SharePoint site administration and maintain organized shared document structures that support proposal workflows, change control documentation, and program records.
  • Assist in the development of programmatic documents such as reports, decision memos, external responses, and action items, particularly those that summarize work package, facility project, materials management, and change control board decisions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
