About the Role The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College invites applicants to join a Business Adjunct faculty general pool to support upcoming terms. These are part-time, on-site teaching roles where classes may be scheduled day or evening. Applicants, including current UC employees, apply internally via SuccessFactors to be considered for available adjunct opportunities. Rank and compensation are determined by experience and academic credentials. What You'll Do
- Teach introductory courses in one or more business disciplines (e.g., accounting, finance, information systems, management, marketing, sports management) as needed for the upcoming term.
- Serve as part-time faculty member in UC Blue Ash College's Business and Economics Department and adapt to the college's schedule and course offerings.
- Participate in the general pool process to be considered for qualified faculty roles as needs arise. What We're Looking For
- Ability to teach introductory business courses across multiple disciplines.
- Relevant academic credentials and professional or teaching experience commensurate with course subject areas.
- Ability to contribute to student success and support the college's mission and goals. Compensation & Benefits
