Bundaberg Maturation Manager
The Bundaberg Maturation Manager is responsible for leading the safe, compliant and efficient operation of Bundaberg Rum’s maturation, blending and bulk liquid preparation processes. This role ensures the right aged rum profile is available to meet production and customer demand while protecting the quality, consistency and heritage of one of Australia’s most iconic spirits brands. Working closely with Distillation, Planning, Quality, Engineering, Packaging and Logistics, you will oversee day-to-day maturation operations, optimise inventory and liquid availability, and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality and operational performance.
Role Responsibilities: Lead the safe and compliant operation of maturation, blending and liquid handling activities, ensuring alignment with HSE, quality, food safety, excise and regulatory requirements. Manage the execution of maturation plans to deliver the right aged rum volumes and profiles to support bottling, packaging, bulk dispatch and future demand. Protect the quality, sensory profile and consistency of Bundaberg Rum by monitoring maturation performance, liquid movements, sampling, blending readiness and inventory integrity. Coordinate blending preparation, ingredient additions, quality checks and bulk liquid dispatch to ensure products are production-ready and meet specification.
