Job title: Bulk Merchandiser
About the Role This position merchandises Pepsi Bottling Ventures products in stores, stocking shelves, setting up displays, rotating stock, and maintaining backroom organization. It supports promotions, customer relations, and the daily operations on the sales floor to drive product visibility and availability.
What You'll Do
- Fills and merchandises all coolers, displays, racks, shelves, and/or vendors in accordance with PBV standards.
- Sells and executes all promotions.
- Creates and utilizes point-of-sale signage.
- Develops good customer relations. Services all customers as scheduled.
- Orders product and/or runs invoices.
- Cleans equipment and maintains backroom storage in an orderly fashion – rotates stock.
- Other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED highly preferred; three to five years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment. Good oral and written communication skills.
- Able to perform basic financial calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
- Ability to work under pressure; good interpersonal skills; team-oriented; self-starter with excellent follow-up skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet PBV driving qualifications; good driving habits; ability to work without direct supervision.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently.
