Position Summary
The Superintendent is expected to monitor any issues that affect asset value and resident satisfaction in any assigned portfolio property.
The Superintendent anticipates the needs of the resides, working with the Porters and Handypersons on site to ensure the delivery of services at a level that will meet residents' utmost satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- The Superintendent is tasked with maintaining all operational equipment on the premises. This includes routine inspections of facilities and machinery to assess service needs and perform necessary maintenance.
- Responsibilities include repairing and maintaining equipment, common areas, and apartments as needed, as well as roof, fire escapes, and other areas critical to efficient property management.
