Job Title: Builder Location: Gaya, Kano
Requirements: Candidates must possess a good Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/Architecture / Building Technology / Urban & Regional Planning or Town Planning from a recognized University (Minimum of Second Class Lower Division) plus at least six years post-qualification cognate experience, or a Master's Degree in relevant field with at least three years. A pass in the final Examination in examination with the Nigeria Institute of Builders (NIB). A pass in the final Part II Examination of Chartered Institute of Builders of England (CIBE).
Salary: Grade - CONTEDISS 11.
