About the Role Pearson is seeking a BTEC Trainer to deliver online and face-to-face Health & Social Care training for Arabic-speaking audiences. The role is freelance/contract, based in London with international travel and delivery to UK clients, requiring fluency in Arabic and ability to work with Pearson materials.

What You'll Do

• Deliver online and in-person BTEC training in the UK (and internationally as required).
• Prepare pre-event material, attend client briefings, and complete Pearson Global Content Standards Training.
• Utilize Ed Tech confidently during sessions; manage time and travel; ensure objectives are met per customer and Pearson guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of professional development courses with internal support teams.
• Complete and submit session feedback; ensure consistent delegate feedback scores.
• Travel internationally as required; Pearson covers travel arrangements and expenses.

What We're Looking For

• Experience teaching Pearson BTEC International Specification.
• Experience delivering training to adult delegates.
• Strong understanding of qualification and assessment principles.
• High level subject knowledge in Health & Social Care; relevant subject/level.
• Teaching, administration, assessment or management experience in relevant subject and level.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to communicate in English; ability to use laptops, Internet, PowerPoint; use Ed Tech.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manage learning and development of diverse teaching professionals.
• Positive attitude towards feedback; commitment to professional development.
• Represent Pearson professionally; adhere to contractual terms.
• Deliver training using Pearson-provided materials; maintain quality standards.
• English proficiency; proficiency in other languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic) beneficial.

Nice to Have

• Ability to deliver training in languages other than English (Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic) is beneficial.
