Job title: BTEC Trainer - eSport - Arabic Speaking
About the Role Pearson is seeking a BTEC Trainer for eSport — Arabic Speaking to deliver online and face-to-face courses in the UK. The role is freelance/contract and requires international travel; keep up-to-date with changes in the education sector and collaborate with Pearson support teams.
What You'll Do
- Deliver online and face-to-face BTEC International Specification training, in English (other languages a plus)
- Tailor delivery to customer needs and environments, using Ed Tech confidently
- Complete Pearson’s Global Content Standards Training to ensure compliant content
- Manage travel arrangements with Pearson covering travel and expenses
- Gather feedback by completing summary forms and ensure delegate feedback meets expectations
What We're Looking For
- Experience teaching a Pearson BTEC International Specification
- Experience delivering training to adult delegates
- Good understanding of qualification and assessment principles
- High level subject knowledge and ability to teach at the relevant level
- Teaching, administration, assessment or management experience in the subject area
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient with laptops, internet and Microsoft PowerPoint; able to use technology to support training
- Able to manage the learning and development of diverse teaching professionals
- Positive attitude towards feedback and commitment to professional development
- Represent Pearson professionally and deliver training per contractual terms
- Must deliver using materials provided by Pearson; ensure quality
- Training sessions delivered in English; English communication required; other languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic) beneficial
Nice to Have
- Ability to deliver training in other languages (e.g., Arabic) beneficial
