About the Role Pearson BTEC Trainer 2026: This is a freelance/contract role open to international candidates who can speak Arabic fluently. You will deliver online and face-to-face BTEC courses in the UK, stay up to date with education sector developments, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance professional development offerings. Some international travel is required.

What You'll Do

• Deliver agreed training sessions online and in person in line with customer and Pearson guidelines.
• Prepare for events (pre-event briefings, client meetings to understand needs), and complete Pearson’s Global Content Standards Training.
• Use Ed Tech confidently, manage own travel arrangements (Pearson covers travel and expenses), and deliver sessions per customer/Pearson guidelines.
• Complete and submit a summary feedback form for every session; ensure delegate feedback scores meet expectations.

What We're Looking For

• Experience teaching a Pearson BTEC International Specification.
• Proven track record delivering training to adult delegates.
• Good understanding of qualification and assessment principles.
• High level subject knowledge and relevant teaching/administration/assessment/management experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with laptops, internet, Microsoft PowerPoint; demonstrable use of technology to support delivery.
• Ability to manage learning and development of diverse teaching professionals; positive attitude toward feedback; commitment to professional development.
• Able to represent Pearson and deliver using materials provided by Pearson; training delivered in English (verbal and written); ability to communicate in other languages (beneficial) including Arabic, Spanish, Mandarin.

Nice to Have

• Ability to deliver training in languages other than English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
