About the Role Pearson BTEC Trainer - Agriculture (Arabic Speaking) is a freelance/contract role delivering online and face-to-face BTEC courses in the UK, with international travel. The trainer stays current with changes in the education sector and Pearson content standards and collaborates with internal support teams to continually improve professional development courses.

What You'll Do

• Pre-event Preparation: attend in-house briefings to understand courses and materials; participate in client meetings to understand needs; attend training sessions to develop technical skills; complete Pearson’s Global Content Standards Training.
• Delivery: meet training objectives; present information suited to the customer and environment; use Ed Tech confidently; handle customer queries professionally; manage time and travel (Pearson covers travel/expenses); deliver training sessions per customer and Pearson guidelines.
• Feedback: complete and submit a summary feedback form for each session; ensure training session delegate feedback scores meet expectations.
• Travel & Travel: Some international travel may be required; remote/online delivery as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience teaching a Pearson BTEC International Specification.
• Experience delivering effective training to adult delegates.
• Understanding of qualification and assessment principles.
• High level subject knowledge to deliver the training.
• Teaching, administration, assessment or management experience in the relevant subject/level.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with a laptop, internet, Microsoft PowerPoint; demonstrated use of technology to support delivery.
• Ability to manage the learning and development of professionals with differing viewpoints.
• Positive attitude towards feedback and commitment to professional development.
• Represent Pearson professionally and adhere to contractual terms.
• Ability to deliver using Pearson-provided materials; ensure quality/standards.
• English proficiency (verbal and written); ability to deliver in other languages (beneficial: Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic).

Nice to Have

• Ability to deliver training in additional languages (Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic).
