About the Role Mount Washington Cruises is seeking a part-time Brunch Cruise Attendant to help deliver a memorable weekend dining and sightseeing experience aboard the M/S Mount Washington on Lake Winnipesaukee. The role supports a 3-hour narrated brunch cruise featuring a buffet, beverage service, live entertainment, and onboard photography.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and manage seating on Deck 1 and Deck 2 for brunch attendees; direct non-brunch guests to Deck 3 when applicable on Sundays
- Assist with the brunch buffet, including the Omelette Station, and ensure smooth service
- Provide bar service with soft drinks, beer, wine, and cocktails as needed
- Support live entertainment and coordinate with photographers and the on-board gift shop team as appropriate
- Help guests with questions about the cruise, the lake's history, and onboard amenities
- Ensure guest safety and maintain a clean, welcoming environment throughout the voyage
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset; able to engage guests in a friendly, informative manner
- Excellent communication and crowd management skills; comfortable speaking to groups
- Ability to work in a boat setting and adapt to varying ridership and weather conditions
- Weekend availability and flexibility to work from Weirs Beach or Wolfeboro boarding locations and onboard
- Prior food & beverage, buffet, or bar service experience is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with event hosting or live entertainment coordination
- Photography coordination or basic photo service familiarity
