We’re looking for a Broker Relationship Manager
As a key driver of iwoca’s commercial growth, you will take ownership of a high-value broker portfolio across the UK. From running strategic performance reviews and delivering regional events to converting active pipelines and feeding market intelligence back to our product teams, you will be given the commercial autonomy to scale key partnerships and directly impact our bottom line.
The role
In this role, you will operate with independence to maximise panel performance, combining face-to-face partner engagement with data-driven pipeline tracking to ensure iwoca remains the lender of choice.
Responsibilities
-
Build and scale iwoca’s presence across the UK through proactive phone, face-to-face, LinkedIn, and email engagement to acquire and activate broker partners.
-
Drive conversions and maximise target contributions by managing application pipelines through every stage of the funnel and presenting competitive offers.
-
Deliver regional events, webinars, and training sessions to educate brokers on iwoca's systems, policies, and financial product structures.
-
Analyse broker and panel activity using performance dashboards to lead structured business reviews and identify commercial growth opportunities.
-
Collaborate with credit assessment, operations, and product teams to resolve complex broker queries and unblock stuck applications.
-
Gather competitor intelligence and market feedback during partner discussions to share actionable insights with the business and help shape our product offering.
Requirements
At iwoca we look for people who are smart, humble, motivated, and always striving to improve. To succeed as a Broker Relationship Manager, you’ll also bring:
-
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to lead face-to-face meetings, host webinars, and conduct structured performance reviews with external partners.
-
Solid understanding of financial product structures (including loan terms, pricing, and interest rates) to effectively handle complex broker queries and position our offering.
-
Strong commercial mindset with a track record of managing a high-volume portfolio, prioritising accounts based on commercial opportunity, and consistently striving to exceed targets.
-
High degree of self-organisation and accountability, with a proven ability to manage your diary, navigate new responsibilities autonomously, and deliver high-standard work.
-
A natural, people-focused approach that combines individual drive with collaborative teamwork and a passion for building lasting relationships.
-
Proficiency in using data tools and CRM dashboards to monitor pipeline activity, track engagement signals, and drive informed business conversations.
-
Flexibility to travel across the UK via car or train for regional meetings and events, including occasional overnight stays.
-
The culture
-
At iwoca, we prioritise a culture of learning, growth, and support, and invest in the development of our team members. We value thought and skill diversity, and encourage people to explore new areas of interest, adopt better tools – including AI – and apply sound judgement so our products and decisions improve over time.
-
The offices
We put a lot of effort into making iwoca a great place to work:
-
Offices in London, Leeds, Berlin, and Frankfurt with plenty of drinks and snacks.
-

-

-
Flexible working hours.
-

-
A choice between a dedicated dental plan or a health cash plan that reimburses everyday medical expenses.
-
A private GP service (separate from Vitality) for you, your partner, and your dependents.
-
25 days’ holiday per year, an extra day off for your birthday, the option to buy or sell an additional five days of annual leave, and unlimited unpaid leave.
-
A one-month, fully paid sabbatical after four years.
-
Instant access to external counselling and therapy sessions for team members that need emotional or mental health support.
-
3% Pension contributions on total earnings.
-
An employee equity incentive scheme.
-
Generous parental leave and a nursery tax benefit scheme to help you save money.
-
Electric car scheme and cycle to work scheme.
