About the Role Briefing Coordinator to provide onsite support for DARPA Front Office operations in Arlington, VA. Role focuses on technical writing, briefing coordination, and support to leadership, ensuring consistent messaging across multiple briefs and documents. What You'll Do
- Serve as onsite SETA supporting DARPA Front Office operations, including technical writing, briefing coordination, and general support to office leadership.
- Create and edit technical documents explaining complex ideas for diverse audiences; design, organize, write, and edit documents; research and document new and emerging biological technologies.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across briefs and documents; update and manage a comprehensive electronic library of technical documentation.
- Prepare responses to inquiries from DoD components, Congress, and other stakeholders; develop PowerPoint slide decks and technical briefs; support program descriptions.
- Apply expert PowerPoint skills to produce professional briefing products. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of proven experience in a technical writing role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences.
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint; strong prioritization and time-management abilities; ability to work in a team environment.
- Active Secret clearance; ability to report to Arlington on a full-time basis as required by client. Nice to Have
- Master's degree.
- Experience creating and maintaining databases. Compensation & Benefits
- Virginia Pay Transparency: salary range USD $115,000 to $155,000 per year.
