Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Bricklayer Supervisor to oversee bricklaying activities at construction sites, ensure quality workmanship, and supervise artisans and laborers.
- The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of block work, site coordination, and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise bricklayers and site workers on daily operations.
- Ensure quality and timely completion of bricklaying projects.
- Interpret construction drawings and measurements.
- Monitor materials usage and site safety compliance.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in bricklaying supervision.
- Good knowledge of construction processes and site management.
- Ability to lead a team effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates residing around Oshodi-Isolo axis will have an added advantage.
