Comp: $200K-$270K + competitive equity. Location: Hybrid, 4 days in-office downtown SF. Visa: Visa transfers (OPT, H1B); full sponsorship case-by-case.
Responsibilities

Own substantial product features end to end, from customer discovery to production and iteration

Build agentic workflows automating AML, sanctions and KYC reviews with humans in the loop

Develop case management, reporting, analytics and workflow configuration UIs

Work directly with enterprise compliance customers

Ship production full-stack code (TypeScript, Python, Node.js, React)
