Job title: Breeze Prospecting Agent
About the Role HubSpot's Breeze Prospecting Agent is an AI-powered sales teammate designed to handle research and outreach, letting reps focus on closing. You’ll help identify accounts likely to buy, source the right contacts, and personalize outreach. You’ll monitor signals, enrich data, and support multi-language outreach across HubSpot's workspace.
What You'll Do
- Monitor enrolled prospects for buying signals and alert reps when to reach out.
- Source and enrich contact data using connected providers like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Surfe.
- Draft personalized emails with AI and review before sending.
- Personalize outreach by product, market segment, or persona.
- Set reminders to call or message on LinkedIn.
- Consolidate prospect information within HubSpot to eliminate tool-switching.
- Present prospect research in an easy-to-understand format for action.
- Work within the HubSpot sales workspace, leveraging buying signals, contacts, and AI-drafted emails.
- Help build buying committees faster and free reps from research to focus on conversations that close.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with AI-powered sales tools and outreach automation.
- Ability to review and edit AI-drafted emails with human oversight.
- Strong research and data-enrichment skills; familiarity with data providers like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and Surfe for contact sourcing.
- Comfortable with multilingual outreach and global sales motions.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and cross-team data integration to leverage engagement data.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Breeze Prospecting Agent or Breeze Studio (Beta).
- Familiarity with connected data providers and contact enrichment processes.
- Track record of improving meetings and pipeline through AI-assisted outreach.
