About the Role Join the newly renovated Hilton Garden Inn in Old Town Alexandria as a Breakfast Attendant. This role focuses on delivering a welcoming breakfast experience by preparing stations, serving guests, maintaining the breakfast area, and delivering excellent guest service. The position offers opportunities to grow within Donohoe Hospitality Services.
What You'll Do
- Prepare the breakfast area and stations, ensuring items are fresh, presented well, and replenished as needed.
- Greet guests, answer questions about offerings, and assist with special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to supervisor.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for proper handling and storage of food.
- Deliver outstanding guest service and work closely with hotel staff to ensure a seamless experience.
- Adhere to hotel policies, adapt to varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Flexible to work weekends/holidays as needed.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour.

- Minimum 32 hours/week to qualify; daily pay option available.
