A part-time Breakfast Attendant role with Accor at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery in Melbourne, Australia. Responsibilities
- Provide warm and attentive service that reflects five-star standards
- Welcome guests, guide them to their tables, and create a relaxed start to their morning
- Support barista and kitchen teams by delivering high-quality coffee, buffet items, and à la carte breakfast dishes
- Keep buffet presentation fresh, clean, and visually appealing during service
- Engage with guests, learn names, remember preferences, and personalise interactions
- Work with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak periods
- Assist with setup and pack down of the breakfast area, maintaining excellent hygiene
- Offer thoughtful suggestions and upsell items to enhance the guest experience
- Go above and beyond to surprise and delight guests with genuine, thoughtful gestures
- Adhere to schedules and maintain a reliable, consistent start time, including early shifts
Requirements

A current RSA certificate and a positive attitude with genuine passion for hospitality

Availability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 5:30am, including weekends and public holidays

Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Competitive hourly pay rates with several allowances: Mon–Fri 27.08 AUD plus 2.95 AUD evening loading after 7pm; Sat 33.85 AUD; Sun 40.62 AUD; Public Holidays 60.93 AUD
