About the Role Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Brazer 1 to perform critical brazing operations on air conditioning units and related equipment. This role requires precision brazing on copper tubing as part of the assembly process to ensure high-quality, leak-free assemblies. What You'll Do
- Read and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
- Handle materials to and from the workstation
- Perform critical brazing operations requiring extreme precision and care
- Maintain proper heating techniques for filler material flow in all directions
- Determine material preparation, filler metal, and flux requirements
- Adjust torch flame and tips for various brazing operations
- Maintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience Brazing, welding, soldering preferred
- Ability to read OMS and quality specifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support Nice to Have
- Brazing, welding, soldering experience preferred (already noted but reinforced as a plus)
- Experience with copper tubing and HVAC-related brazing is a plus Compensation & Benefits
