About the Role The Brand Senior Advisor will steward the firm's brand across all touchpoints, ensuring a clear, differentiated identity that reflects the firm's values and market position. The role requires an experienced designer with expertise in multimedia formats, AI, and key design applications to oversee brand governance, production, and measurement. What You'll Do
- Brand policing and governance – police the use of the brand and visual identity in all external and internal materials, maintain brand guidelines, review materials, and advise teams on alignment.
- Visual identity and design production – coordinate end-to-end production of branded materials, manage design templates, brief external designers and production vendors, and sign off outputs.
- Brand monitoring and measurement – conduct brand audits, gather feedback, track brand perception, benchmarking, and report actionable insights to leadership.
- Brand campaigns and activations – plan and execute campaigns and activations, ensure brand consistency across campaigns, events, and client-facing initiatives, manage brand elements of digital media, sponsorships, and industry events.
- Internal brand capability and stakeholder engagement – deliver brand induction sessions, train staff, advise teams on correct asset usage, influence senior stakeholders to champion brand standards.
- Website, digital and social media – guard the firm's website and digital assets, review new pages/banners before going live, monitor analytics, and maintain web-ready assets. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Graphic Design, Media, or related; postgraduate degree or professional certification in Branding/Marketing/Design is an added advantage.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or communications; proven ability to execute brand strategies and maintain identity frameworks.
- Strong understanding of brand governance, consistent application of brand guidelines, and ability to coordinate design across digital and print platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar; strong visual communication and brand storytelling skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills; ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors; familiarity with brand monitoring and competitor benchmarking. Nice to Have
- Work in video production or motion picture will be considered an advantage.
