About the Role As a Brand Representative at Hollister in Westfield London, you will bring the store experience to life by delivering warm, authentic service and helping customers find what they need. You’ll support a well-presented store environment while representing the brand and creating an inclusive shopping atmosphere.
What You'll Do
- Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service; anticipate needs, start conversations naturally, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
- Sales Floor Maintenance: Assist with product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales floor; handle folding, hanging, sizing, and presentation standards.
- Cash Wrap Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently with a friendly checkout experience.
- Online Orders: Support Save the Sale orders, fulfill In-Store Pick-Up, and package ship-from-store orders to enable a seamless omni-channel experience.
