What You'll Do
- Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation naturally, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
- Sales Floor Maintenance: Replenish products and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment, including folding, hanging, sizing, and presentation standards.
- Cash Wrap Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
- Online Orders: Support Save the Sale orders, fulfill In-Store Pick-Up, and package ship-from-store orders to enable seamless omni-channel experiences.
