About the Role Brand Representatives play a key role in bringing life to the shopping experience with an open, approachable demeanor. They authentically represent the Abercrombie & Fitch Co. brand, help customers find what they need, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in store.

What You'll Do

• Create a positive, welcoming shopping experience through attentive, personalized service; anticipate customer needs; offer product help and styling advice.
• Assist in merchandising and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing selling floor; restock; fold, hang, and sort products; help ensure visual store standards.
• Process transactions with accuracy; handle returns and exchanges with a friendly, service-oriented approach.
• Support omnichannel experience by aiding Save-the-Sale orders, organizing store pickups, and packing shipping orders directly from the store.
• Maintain a dynamic, organized workflow by connecting customer interactions with operational tasks and paying attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in German; English optional but helpful.
• Ability to create an inviting and inclusive shopping experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance customer contact with operational tasks.
• Reliability and commitment to regular attendance.

Nice to Have

• English language proficiency (optional).
• Experience with brand environments and in-store presentation.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting from €29,328 annually for full-time; this is a part-time role with 5, 10, 15, or 20 hours per week and shifts of about 5 hours.
