About the Role Brand Representatives contribute to bringing the Abercrombie & Fitch Co experience to life in-store, with an approachable presence, authentic brand representation, and a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. This role is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with customers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining an appealing sales floor.
What You'll Do
- Create a positive, inviting shopping experience through attentive and personal service.
- Anticipate customer needs, start conversations naturally, and offer product guidance and style advice.
- Assist with merchandise presentation: restocking, keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing; folding, hanging, and sorting products; and adhering to visual store standards.
- Perform cashier duties to ensure smooth transactions, returns, and exchanges with friendly, service-oriented behavior.
- Support omnichannel online orders by assisting Save-the-Sale orders, coordinating store pick-ups, and packing shipments directly from the store.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German; English optional but helpful.
- Ability to create an inviting and inclusive shopping experience.
- Ability to stay organized and seamlessly connect customer contact with operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Reliability and commitment to regular attendance.
