About the Role Brand Representatives contribute to bringing life to the shopping experience with a friendly, open demeanor, authentic representation of the Abercrombie brand, and a welcoming atmosphere for all customers. This role is ideal for those who enjoy engaging with customers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining an appealing sales floor.

What You'll Do

• Create a positive, inviting shopping experience through attentive, personalized service and proactive guest engagement.
• Identify customer needs, initiate conversations naturally, provide product assistance and styling advice.
• Assist with merchandising: restocking, folding, hanging, sorting products, and maintaining store visual standards.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges with a friendly, service-oriented approach.
• Support omnichannel experience: save-the-sale orders, organize store pickups, and pack shipments directly from the store.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in German; English optional but helpful.
• Ability to create an inviting and inclusive shopping experience.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail; ability to balance customer interactions with operational tasks.
• Reliability and a commitment to regular attendance; ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

• English language skills are a plus (optional).

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting compensation note: Das Einstiegsgehalt in Vollzeit liegt bei €29,952.00 jährlich, for Vollzeit positions; this is a part-time role with 5, 10, 15 or 20 hours per week, and an ideal shift length of 5 hours.
