About the Role Brand Representatives at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. contribute to bringing the brand experience to life in-store with a welcoming, attentive presence, authentic brand representation, and a friendly atmosphere for all customers. This role is ideal for those who enjoy talking to customers, helping them find what they need, and keeping the sales floor well-presented.
What You'll Do
- Provide positive, personalized service to guests and anticipate needs; engage in conversations naturally and offer product assistance and styling advice.
- Support the selling floor presentation by stocking, folding, hanging, sorting, and ensuring visual store standards.
- Conduct cashier tasks to ensure smooth purchases, returns, and exchanges with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Enable an omnichannel experience by assisting with save-the-sale orders, organizing store pickups, and packing shipments directly from the store.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German; English is optional but helpful.
- Ability to create an inviting and inclusive shopping experience and connect customer interactions with operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail; reliability and commitment to regular attendance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting full-time annual salary is €29,328.00; part-time roles are offered with 5, 10, 15, or 20 hours per week (with shifts typically 5 hours).
