What You'll Do
- Create a positive, welcoming shopping experience through attentive, personalized service and proactively identify customer needs, offering product assistance and styling advice.
- Help present and maintain the selling floor by restocking, folding, hanging, sorting, and ensuring visual store standards.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges with friendliness and a service-oriented mindset to ensure a positive shopping journey.
- Support online orders and omnichannel experience by assisting with save-the-sale orders, organizing in-store pickups, and packing shipments from the store.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German; English optional but helpful.
- Ability to deliver an inviting and inclusive shopping experience.
- Ability to stay organized in a dynamic environment and connect customer contact with operational tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Reliability and commitment to regular attendance.

Compensation & Benefits
