About the Role Brand Representative (m/w/d) for NOVA Hollister, onsite in Leuna, Germany. This part-time role focuses on creating a positive, welcoming shopping experience, authentic brand representation and helping to maintain an appealing selling floor.
What You'll Do
- Provide attentive, personal service to anticipate customer needs, start conversations naturally, and offer product assistance and styling advice.
- Support selling floor presentation: assist with replenishment, keeping the floor clean, tidy and visually appealing; fold, hang and sort products and help ensure visual store standards.
- Cashiering: ensure smooth checkout, returns and exchanges with a friendly, service-oriented attitude to deliver a positive shopping experience.
- Online orders: support omnichannel experience by saving the sale, organizing store pickups, and packing shipping orders directly from the store.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German; English optional but helpful.
- Ability to create an inviting and inclusive shopping experience.
- Ability to stay organized and connect customer contact with operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliability and commitment to regular attendance.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting annual salary for full-time is €29,120; the salary range for this position is €29,120 - €29,120 per year.
- Part-time hours: 5, 10, 15 or 20 hours per week, with ideal shift length of 5 hours.
