About the Role Brand Representatives contribute to bringing life to the shopping experience with an open attitude, engaging customers, authentically representing our brand, and helping to maintain an inviting atmosphere for all. This role is ideal for those who enjoy direct customer interaction, helping customers find what they need, and keeping an appealing selling floor.

What You'll Do

• Provide positive, personalized service to create a welcoming shopping experience and anticipate customers' needs, start conversations naturally, and offer product assistance and styling advice.
• Support merchandise presentation: assist with stock replenishment, keep the selling floor clean, neat, and visually appealing; fold, hang, and sort products and help uphold visual store standards.
• Perform cashier duties: ensure smooth checkout, returns, and exchanges with a friendly, service‑oriented approach to guarantee a positive buying experience.
• Online orders and omnichannel support: ensure seamless omnichannel experience by assisting with 'Save-the-Sale' orders, organizing store pickups, and packing shipments directly from the store.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain organization in a dynamic environment, connecting customer contact with operational tasks.

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in German; English optional but helpful.
• Ability to create an inviting and inclusive shopping experience.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail; ability to stay on top of tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Reliability and commitment to regular attendance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting annual gross salary: €27,012.00; salary range at hire: €27,012.00 - €32,244.00; paid in 12 equal monthly salaries plus two additional salaries (14 monthly salaries per year).
• This is a part-time position; current full-time hours are 38.5 per week. All shifts are 5 hours long.
