About the Role Brand Representatives contribute to bringing life to the shopping experience with an open demeanor, attentive customer engagement, authentic brand representation, and a welcoming atmosphere for all. This role is ideal for those who enjoy direct customer contact, helping customers find what they need, and maintaining an attractively presented selling floor.
What You'll Do
- Create a positive, welcoming shopping experience through attentive and personal service; anticipate customer needs, start conversations naturally, and offer product support and styling advice.
- Presentation of the selling area: assist with restocking and maintaining a clean, neat, and visually appealing selling floor; folding, hanging, sorting products; assist in maintaining visual store standards.
- Cashier tasks: ensure smooth processing of purchases, returns and exchanges with friendly, service-oriented attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Online orders: ensure an omnichannel experience by supporting Save-the-Sale orders, coordinating store pick-ups, and packing shipping orders directly from the store.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German; English optional but helpful.
- Ability to create an inviting and inclusive shopping experience.
- Maintains overview in a dynamic environment and connects customer contact with operational tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Reliability and commitment to regular attendance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting base salary listed: €29,952 per year for full-time, with a stated annual salary range of €29,952 - €29,952. Note: the position is part-time with 5, 10, 15 or 20 hours per week and typical shifts of 5 hours.
