About the Role Brand Representatives contribute to bringing life to the shopping experience with an open, approachable demeanor, engaging customers attentively, and authentically representing our brand to help create an inviting atmosphere for everyone.
What You'll Do
- Create a positive, welcoming shopping experience through attentive, personal service; anticipate customer needs, start conversations naturally, and offer product assistance and style advice.
- Assist with visual presentation by restocking and keeping the selling floor clean, tidy, and visually appealing; fold, hang, sort, and support visual store standards.
- Process purchases, returns, and exchanges with a friendly, service-oriented approach to ensure a positive checkout experience.
- Support omnichannel shopping by assisting with 'Save-the-Sale' orders, organizing store pickups, and packing shipments directly from the store.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German; English is optional but helpful.
- Ability to create an inviting and inclusive shopping experience and to connect customer contact with operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Reliability and commitment to regular attendance.

Compensation & Benefits
- The role has a starting full-time annual salary of €29,952; note that this is a part-time position with 5, 10, 15, or 20 hours per week and an ideal shift length of 5 hours. The stated salary and range may be adjusted in the future.
