About the Role Brand Representatives contribute to bringing life to the shopping experience with an open demeanor, engaging customers, authentically representing the brand, and helping create an inviting atmosphere for all. This role is ideal for those who enjoy customer contact, helping customers find what they need, and maintaining an appealing sales floor.
What You'll Do
- Deliver a positive, welcoming shopping experience through attentive and personal service.
- Recognize customer needs, start conversations naturally, and provide product assistance and style advice.
- Support merchandising and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including folding, hanging, and sorting products and upholding visual store standards.
- Ensure smooth checkout processes, returns, and exchanges with a friendly, service-oriented attitude to guarantee a positive shopping experience.
- Enable an Omnichannel experience by assisting with Save-the-Sale orders, organizing store pickups, and packing shipments directly from the store.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German; English optional but helpful.
- Ability to create an inviting and inclusive shopping experience.
- Ability to stay organized and connect customer contact with operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Reliability and commitment to regular attendance.

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary for full-time positions: €29,952 per year (note: this is the full-time rate; part-time hours are 5, 10, 15, or 20 per week with a 5-hour shift length).
