About the Role Brand Representatives contribute to bringing life to the shopping experience with an open demeanor, engaging with customers authentically, and helping maintain an inviting atmosphere. This role is ideal for those who enjoy customer interaction, helping customers find what they need, and keeping a well-presented sales floor.

What You'll Do

• Deliver a positive, welcoming shopping experience through attentive and personalized service; anticipate customer needs and offer product assistance and styling advice.
• Assist with merchandise replenishment and maintain a clean, tidy, and visually appealing sales floor, including folding, hanging, and sorting products and following visual store standards.
• Ensure smooth checkout, returns, and exchanges with a friendly, service-oriented attitude to guarantee a positive shopping experience.
• Support omnichannel experiences by assisting with Save-the-Sale orders, organizing store pickups, and packing shipping orders directly from the store.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in German; English optional but helpful.
• Ability to create an inviting and inclusive shopping experience.
• Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail; ability to stay on top of tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Reliability and commitment to regular attendance.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: starting salary information for full-time: €29,328 per year with a stated range of €29,328 to €29,328; part-time hours per week (5, 10, 15, or 20) with ideal 5-hour shifts are noted; the actual part-time salary is not specified.
