About the Role Brand Representatives contribute to bringing our shopping experience to life with an open demeanor, engaging with customers, authentically representing the Abercrombie & Fitch brand, and helping create an inviting atmosphere. This role is ideal for those who enjoy connecting with customers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining a well-presented sales floor.
What You'll Do
- Create a positive, welcoming shopping experience with attentive and personal service.
- Anticipate customer needs, start conversations naturally, and offer product assistance and style advice.
- Support merchandising and presentation: restock, keep the floor clean and organized, fold, hang, sort products, and assist with visual store standards.
- Ensure smooth checkout, returns, and exchanges with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Enable omnichannel experiences by assisting with "Save-the-Sale" orders, organizing store pickups, and packing shipments directly from the store.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in German; English optional but helpful.
- Ability to create an inviting and inclusive shopping experience.
- Strong organizational skills and a good eye for detail.
- Demonstrated reliability and commitment to regular attendance.
- Ability to balance customer contact with operational tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Salary: the posted base salary for full-time is €29,952 per year; for this part-time role, hours per week are 5, 10, 15, or 20 with a 5-hour shift length; the exact annual compensation may vary with tenure and contractual terms.
