About the Role
Brand Representatives help bring the Abercrombie & Fitch experience to life in-store at Centro Oberhausen. You engage customers with an open, approachable demeanor, authentically represent our brand, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. This role is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with customers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining a well-presented selling floor.
What You'll Do
- Create a positive, inviting shopping experience through attentive, personal service. Anticipate customer needs, start conversations naturally, and offer product assistance and styling advice.
- Support merchandising and presentation: restock, fold, hang, sort products, and help maintain visual store standards; keep the selling floor clean, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Cashier duties: ensure smooth checkout, returns, and exchanges with a friendly, service-oriented attitude to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Online orders: support omnichannel experiences by assisting with save-the-sale orders, organizing store pickups, and packing shipments directly from the store.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German; English optional but helpful.
- Ability to create an inviting and inclusive shopping experience.
- You stay organized and connect customer contact with operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Reliability and commitment to regular attendance.
