About the Role Brand Representatives contribute to life in our shopping experience by engaging customers with an open demeanor, authentically representing our brand, and helping create a welcoming atmosphere for all. This role is ideal for those who enjoy interacting with customers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining an appealingly presented sales floor.
What You'll Do
- Provide attentive, personalized service to create a positive, inviting shopping experience.
- Anticipate customer needs, start conversations in a natural way, and assist with product selection and styling.
- Support visual merchandising: restock, fold, hang, sort products and uphold visual store standards.
- Ensure smooth checkout experiences, handling purchases, returns and exchanges with a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Support online orders to deliver an omnichannel experience: assist with Save-the-Sale orders, organize store pickups and pack shipments directly from the store.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German; English optional but helpful.
- Ability to create an inviting and inclusive shopping experience.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to connect customer contact with operational tasks in a dynamic environment.
- High attention to detail, reliability and commitment to regular attendance.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting full-time salary €29,120 per year; note: this is stated for full-time and may be adjusted in the future. This is a part-time role with 5, 10, 15 or 20 hours per week and an ideal shift length of 5 hours.
